Want to learn to sail better? Yacht racing is not just about winning, it is about learning to make your boat sail better and learning to hone your skills. Each time that you are out on the racecourse, you are in a three dimensional classroom that simultaneously challenges and instructs.   Your peers are your benchmark, your instructors, your students, they   may be doing things better, or if not better, certainly differently. Through comparison to your peers, racing becomes a regular on the water classroom of improving your own skills and making your boat sail better and faster.
