West Vancouver Yacht Club is a supporting member of VARC.

Throughout the racing calendar year, member clubs rotate in hosting VARC events. WVYC hosts these races in the VARC calendar:

• Southern Straits 2007 is considered a VARC event for VARC scoring purposes.
• HUB Halibut Bank / Popham Island is a part of the VARC distance series. This 1 day race is held May 5, 2007
