Commodore's Cup is a great regatta hosted by Royal Vancouver Yacht Club.  It brings together clubs from all over the Greater Vancouver Area who enter youth sailors who have participated in a Junior Training Program.

WVYC Participates in three classes (boat types): 420. Pirates, Optimists

Monday August 30th
900 hrs Meet at WVYC to sail or tow over to Royal Van.
1000 hrs Leave dock for RVYC

1200 hrs Eat lunch on RVYC Dock

1300 hrs Training Camp with other North Shore Clubs sponsored by NSST
1600 hrs Registration and pick up at RVYC

Tuesday August 31st

900 hrs. Drop off at RVYC
1000 hrs. Coaches Meeting (it is mandatory that one coach or club representative attend this
meeting)
1030 hrs. Skippers meeting
1130 hrs. Race One followed by races two, three, and four. Lunch will be on the water. (Coaches will organize their teams for lunch)
1600 hrs. End of racing
1700 hrs. Informal pizza dinner (Pick up at RVYC)

Wednesday September 1st

900 hrs. Drop off at RVYC
1000 hrs. Racing.
1300 hrs. Lunch on the water (time approximate)
1600 hrs. End of racing (Pick up at RVYC)

Thursday September 2nd

9:00 hrs. Drop off at RVYC
0830 hrs. Coaches Meeting for Optimist Class Coaches
0930 hrs. Skipper’s Meeting for all Optimist Class Sailors
1000 hrs. Racing
1300 hrs. Lunch ashore
1400 hrs. End of racing. Pack up boats
1800 hrs. Awards Banquet at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. We encourage all participants toattend with their parents, coaches, Club Commodores and Junior Advisors.
