BC Sailing is pleased to announce the launch of its Safety at Sea program, and West Vancouver Yacht Club is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the upcoming BC Sailing Offshore Personal Survival Courses, to be held April 2-3, 2011 and April 16-17, 2011.  In making these announcements, BC Sailing Executive Director Tine Moberg-Parker said that "BC Sailing is pleased to offer BC's first Safety at Sea program, tailored to meet the needs of local sailors", and West Vancouver Yacht Club's Commodore Barry Ford said "As part of our ongoing commitment to safety, we are pleased to be first to host the BC SailingOffshore Personal Survival Course.  We look forward to seeing local sailors take advantage of this new safety training opportunity".  For more information, please visit the course page.
