Fuel Barge Update

There is an expectation that all the parties involved are close to a solution.

As at August 23, 2010

We are informed that the barge has been repaired and is ready to reinstall. The landlord has the final paperwork for approval, Bruce is encouraged that he will be able to proceed soon.

November 3, 2010

Negotiations are ongoing - resolution is hoped for soon.
